# How to Make It:

01 - Heat a splash of olive oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until softened.
02 - Incorporate the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
03 - Stir in the uncooked pasta, vegetable broth, and heavy cream. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.
04 - Add dried oregano, dried basil, ground nutmeg, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes if desired. Stir thoroughly to combine.
05 - Cover the skillet and let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
