# What You Need:
→ Espresso
01 - 2 shots freshly brewed espresso or 1/3 cup strong coffee
→ Brown Sugar Syrup
02 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons hot water
04 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
→ To Serve
05 - 1 cup ice cubes
06 - 3/4 cup unsweetened oat milk
07 - Optional: extra brown sugar or ground cinnamon for garnish
# How to Make It:
01 - Combine brown sugar, hot water, and ground cinnamon in a small cup. Stir thoroughly until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is uniform.
02 - Brew two shots of espresso using an espresso machine or substitute with strong coffee.
03 - Add ice cubes to a cocktail shaker or large sealable jar. Pour in the brown sugar syrup and fresh espresso.
04 - Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds until the mixture is chilled and slightly foamy.
05 - Transfer the shaken mixture, including the ice, into a tall glass.
06 - Gradually pour oat milk over the espresso mixture for a layered appearance. Stir gently to combine as preferred.
07 - Sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon or a touch of brown sugar on top for garnish if desired. Serve immediately.
