02 - 1.75 oz grated Parmesan cheese
03 - 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

05 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
06 - 1/2 tsp dried oregano

08 - 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)

# How to Make It:
01 - Set the oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, blend grated cheddar, Parmesan, smoked paprika, oregano, black pepper, chili flakes if using, and salt until evenly distributed.
