# How to Make It:
01 - Whisk together eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt in a large mixing bowl until smooth and fully combined.
02 - Preheat a large nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter.
03 - Dip each slice of brioche or challah bread into the custard mixture, soaking for 10 to 15 seconds per side, then let excess drip off.
04 - Place the soaked bread onto the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked. Add remaining butter as needed and work in batches.
05 - Arrange the cooked bread slices on serving plates, top generously with fresh mixed berries, drizzle with pure maple syrup, and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
